中新真探:每周吃鸡蛋超过6个,死亡风险增加35%?

  7月11日电 根据目前非常权威的《中国居民膳食指南》(2022),健康的普通人每周可以吃300~350g鸡蛋,折合每天吃一个。不过,需要指出的是,鸡蛋胆固醇含量较高,对于心血管疾病患者或血脂超标者,可在此基础上酌减。关于鸡蛋到底该吃多少的研究有很多,比如有研究称每周吃6个以上鸡蛋能够增加全因死亡率,但美国波士顿大学某团队又称每周摄入至少5个鸡蛋,可降低II型糖尿病和高血压的患病风险,这只是研究关注点不同造成的,真正得到学界认可的主流观点,会直接写进《膳食指南》。(来源:@科学辟谣 中国新闻网微博)
